The staff were very very nice and accommodating and provided an excellent service. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a refrigerator, air conditioning and a sofa bed. The check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was quiet overall...

We stayed in the double room which was brand-new. There were central heating, coffee/tea making equipment and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

As young people, we loved the vibrant location in the heart of Old Town, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. the modern decor of the hotel and spacious rooms made us feel right at home. the comfortable bed, stylish bathroom, and thoughtful amenities like toiletries and a coffee machine added to the overall experience. the breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of options including pastries, fruit, cereals, bread, hams. we highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is situated right in the heart of the historical center, where numerous restaurants and convenience stores can be found. Some rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and modern amenities such as an air conditioning unit and coffee machines. The hotel staff is hospitable and serves a delectable breakfast, which includes a variety of dishes to choose from.

Some of the guests reported the room sound insulation from the corridor could be improved.

Our new year experience at this hotel was a nice surprise! The location was spot on, close to many entertainment centres which made it easy for us to spend the night dancing and have a good time. The breakfast was quite good, with enough to keep us full till lunch. We didn't have to worry about being hungry during the day. Another amazing aspect was the cleanliness of the room. It was top-notch and the daily cleaning made us feel incredibly comfortable.

We had a few issues during our stay. First, as we didn't finalise our online check-in beforehand, it was tough to enter the hotel as the reception is only open at certain times.

We had the most amazing stay at Square Hotel in Cluj! the location is perfect, right in the center and within walking distance to all the best restaurants and attractions. the hotel itself is new, clean, and beautifully designed. the attention to detail is incredible, from the smart key lock to the smart TV that allowed us to watch Netflix. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices and the best coffee.

The hotel's location was superb, right in the heart of the city and just a short walk from all the main attractions. This made it very convenient for exploring the city on foot and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. The rooms were on the smaller side but well equipped, and I particularly enjoyed the hot stream in the bathroom shower. The breakfast spread was complete and the staff were very helpful.

The lack of staff on site. All interactions had to be done through an automated mobile app, which was a bit of a shame.
